Return & Exchange Process

Most of new, unopened merchandise sold by Minimewear can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Returns with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded to your account. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, such as credit card, PayPal, etc.

The customer is responsible for the returned shipping fees, unless an item is received by the customer is damaged, defective, or through error by Minimewear.

Please contact our customer service manager at support@minimewear.com to follow the instructions to pack and ship back the return package.

The new package exchanged for will be shipped out once we receiving and confirming the returned package.

So does the refund. We'll issue refund for you after we receiving and confirming the return package. If your original payment method is a credit card, it will take longer. It may take about 1 to 2 weeks to process the bank's refund.
